My name is Andy Perkins, Broker/Owner of Perkins Realty Group, and I want my team to represent you in your next real estate transaction.

Wait...Huh? OK, so that sounds unnecessarily complex. In a nutshell, here’s how we work: We have no physical office. Since most real estate agents have a home office and spend most of their time “in the field” anyway, that is one large and unnecessary expense. We have no receptionist. The number you call for your agent will directly reach your agent, each and every time. That includes me. This translates into virtually no overhead: my quest is to maintain the bare minimum overhead costs necessary to operate a business, and no more.

So what does that mean to you, the buyer/seller? No overhead means I can offer highly competitive commission rates and rebates. No overhead also means that my agents take home more of their commissions than agents at pretty much any other brokerage. More money in their pockets means more flexibility to offer more competitive commissions. It also means less time spent stressing about the next sale, less time prospecting and marketing, and more time to focus on YOU. Why should you work with an agent who spends more time looking for clients than working with clients?

My philosophy. Because your home buying/selling experience is so highly dependent upon the knowledge and personality of your agent, real estate is an incredibly individuality-driven field. It is therefore paramount that you, as the buyer or seller, find an agent who clearly understands your needs, and who will follow through on his or her promises.

My team wholeheartedly endorses and adheres to California and Federal fair housing laws, and we strongly believe that the diversity of the human experience is something to be honored and celebrated. We have extensive experience working with individuals from all walks of life--all colors, creeds, orientations, family arrangements, and lifestyles.

Real estate is not rocket science; there are many highly qualified and ethical agents out there, and I have had the pleasure of working with more than I could count. Yet, our industry is damaged by the pervasive image of dishonesty: Agents who take shortcuts at their clients’ expense. Agents who attempt to steer their clients to more expensive houses for the benefit of their own commission checks. Agents who mislead their clients or omit relevant information to ensure that the deal is closed. I want to help change your mind.

It is my firm commitment to you that my team and I will do everything within our power to get you the most favorable price and terms, and to ensure that your transaction proceeds as smoothly as possible. My policy is one of open and honest communication with my clients at all times, of transparent commissions with no hidden charges or nickel-and-dime "transaction fees," and of thoroughly vetting and scrutinizing prospective agents to ensure that only those individuals who share my goals of honesty and trustworthiness work for me. My goal is to far exceed your expectations. The reputation of my name, quite literally, depends on it.
